Smoking is not allowed on the property - Please do not sleep in the basement.

People other than those in the guest party may not stay overnight in the property.  Any other persons in the property are the sole responsibility of the guest.  No guests are to sleep in the basement. 

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises.  The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.   By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise. Any items left in the home are the responsibility of the guest.

Keep the property and all furnishing in good order.  If you find something not in order or not operational, please inform Stacy Martin as soon as possible.  Use appliances for their intended uses only. 

Pets are allowed on approval.  No pets in the beds.  Please remove all pet waste from the yard when departing. 

 

No daily house keeping is provided.  Linens and bath towels are included in the rental  House keeping may be arranged for long term stays.  Laundry machines are available in the basement.  

Guests are to be good neighbors.  Be considerate of the surrounding home owners.

 

Guests shall allow the owners access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection.  Owners shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.  If the furniture is moved, please move it back to its original position. 

Please clean the bbq after use.

Please don’t sleep in the basement.
